It's been a while. I've been working on Karisu lately, retuning him in both appearance and other features. Basically, I wanted to redesign the Soul Sword to look a bit more modern, with a bit more 'bang'. Since it's his main weapon, it's now bigger and moar badAZZ. It still has its royal purple hilt, and Soul Gem, but some additions to it.

His personal appearance has been restored and revamped. Mr. 'Crimson Heart' now has his 'bat-bangs' back, albeit stlylized like Gamma's yet still short like how it was before he began to the change to NEO. He walks with a sense of purpose now. What that purpose is... is still up to question. But he'll find it. He knows someone is looking out for him.

So I have been playing BlazBlue: Calamity Trigger. This game is the reason I want to be a game artist. It pulls off everything right, with the right amount of funny (TEACH ME BOOBIE LADY! xD), to the right amount of drama (Rachel vs. Ragna, Ragna + Jin/Haku-Men + Noel/v-13). The controls are near perfect, the soundtrack is excellent, it is, for me the single best video game I've played all year. All I can say right now is that once I do complete it... BlazBlue 2 is going to be OMG EPIC! It's rare for a game to have everything right, out the gate, and captivate and audience with a good story. BB is what I'm now trying to emulate. So, so good!

Heh, I go back to school next week. Hopefully I can play during the time, cause it helps for inspiration, and... I have a backlist of games I need to play but haven't had time for due to last year.

Anyway, it's go time for Kri/Karisu! The Wheel of Fate is turning! Rebel 1; ACTION!
